I have used these in my bibs and liked them so much that I wanted to sell them because they were hard to find. They are 6.5 inches by 9 inches and thick enough to kneel on gravel, steel and concrete but weigh less than one ounce each. Water doesn't penetrate so they also keep your knees dry and warm.
